I am writing regarding order #ORD-3318-WVT-1937 placed with Elite Domain on December 13, 2024. I paid $989.91 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tito B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Elite Domain to make this right by honor the warranty.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Elite Domain has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their customization service.
