False promises made by Elite Domain representative

On January 28, 2025, I signed up for Elite Domain's support line at their New Josianne, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $895.09, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Janick C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Elite Domain to make this right by provide the documentation I requested.

May 24, 2025 06:03I want to acknowledge that Elite Domain has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $424.88 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $424.88 for a cookware set that never worked properly.
