Poor quality furniture from First Market Central
Complaint Details
I placed an order with First Market Central on April 13, 2025 for several items including luggage (order #ORD-7671-FWJ-2879). The order was charged to my account ($801.42), but was overcharged for basic service. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Francisca S., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I hope First Market Central will address this issue by fix the billing error.
