I have been a loyal customer of Urban Living International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-3612-GJW-0563) on March 31, 2025, and have encountered found security vulnerabilities. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that Urban Living International ensure this doesn't happen to other customers as soon as possible.

After my initial complaint, Urban Living International contacted me to troubleshoot the mattress. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
