Urban Living International failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5082-FMO-5998 placed with Urban Living International on February 17, 2025. I paid $484.31 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered was transferred multiple times without resolution. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Elmore H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I hope Urban Living International will address this issue by cancel my account without penalty.
