Misleading advertising by Representation & Associates Inc.
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of Representation & Associates Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-1682-PDK-0540) on March 30, 2025, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that Representation & Associates Inc. honor the advertised price as soon as possible.

May 02, 2025 05:43I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The grocery order from Representation & Associates Inc. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
