Disappointed with Space & International São Luís delivery service

I want to report a serious concern with Space & International São Luís's product that I purchased on March 13, 2025 from your Port Geovanyborough, Oklahoma store. The product has had allergic reaction not warned about despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Abdullah T., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Space & International São Luís to take responsibility and waive the cancellation fees.
