I am writing regarding order #ORD-3868-TKN-4119 placed with Space & International São Luís on April 2, 2025. I paid $148.36 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Miles K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that Space & International São Luís compensate me for the inconvenience as soon as possible.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The cookware set from Space & International São Luís not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
