False promises made by Advisory & Partners Birmingham LLC representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3405-DAS-5728 placed with Advisory & Partners Birmingham LLC on March 7, 2025. I paid $186.76 for warranty package, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but William H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Advisory & Partners Birmingham LLC to make this right by remove the unauthorized charges.
