I'm writing to complain about the warranty service I received from Advisory & Partners Birmingham LLC. After paying $264.01 for accessory, I found that it found foreign objects in the product. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Agustin K., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am asking Advisory & Partners Birmingham LLC to make this right by deliver the missing items.
