Rude treatment by Healing Professionals Changwon staff
Complaint Details
I received treatment at Healing Professionals Changwon's Maximoport, Nevada facility on February 14, 2025. I was billed $478.14 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Donato B. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I am asking Healing Professionals Changwon to make this right by replace the defective product.
