I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from Healing Professionals Changwon's pharmacy. On May 10, 2025, I received orthopedic support with instructions that doesn't work as advertised. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Tanner A. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I am asking Healing Professionals Changwon to make this right by extend my warranty period.

After speaking with Linda Lewis from the Executive Customer Care at Healing Professionals Changwon, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
