I had an appointment at HealthMed International on April 28, 2025 for prescription service. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and stopped working after two weeks. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Margot S., but have received no satisfactory response. I expect HealthMed International to take responsibility and honor the advertised price.
