I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from Balance Health Clinic's pharmacy. On April 27, 2025, I received medical device with instructions that found unauthorized charges. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Tevin B. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I expect Balance Health Clinic to take responsibility and provide the promised service.
