Rude treatment by Balance Health Clinic staff
Complaint Details
I received treatment at Balance Health Clinic's Lake Jamie, Maine facility on April 19, 2025. I was billed $451.29 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Carmella K. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I would like Balance Health Clinic to compensate me for the inconvenience.

May 02, 2025 06:09I've received an email from Casey Davis at Balance Health Clinic offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The smartwatch was clearly defective from the start.
