Data loss incident with FusionNode Medan tech support

I purchased a smart TV from FusionNode Medan on November 29, 2024 for $321.04. After only arrived significantly late, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Bud B. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, FusionNode Medan is refusing to replace or repair it. I am requesting that FusionNode Medan update their return policy as soon as possible.
