Complaint Details

I purchased a software license from Tech-Soft International on May 17, 2025 for $458.16. After only was promised features that don't exist, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Carey D. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, Tech-Soft International is refusing to replace or repair it. I am asking Tech-Soft International to make this right by extend my warranty period.

After speaking with Jessica Hernandez from the Service Excellence at Tech-Soft International, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
