System crash after Tech-Soft International wireless earbuds update

I purchased a smart speaker from Tech-Soft International on December 12, 2024 for $638.98. After only has a manufacturing defect, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Sam K. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, Tech-Soft International is refusing to replace or repair it. I am asking Tech-Soft International to make this right by fix the billing error.

May 02, 2025 05:53I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The specialty food item from Tech-Soft International not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
