I'm writing to report serious security concerns with Tech-Soft International's printer. After the update on January 12, 2025, I discovered was transferred multiple times without resolution that potentially exposes sensitive data. I immediately reported this to your security team and spoke with Gerard B., but have received no acknowledgment of the problem or timeline for a fix. I am requesting that Tech-Soft International provide the promised service as soon as possible.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The restaurant order from Tech-Soft International not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
