Complaint Details

I purchased a smart speaker from AI Solutions on April 13, 2025 for $457.3. After only was charged incorrectly, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Emory S. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, AI Solutions is refusing to replace or repair it. I would like AI Solutions to fix the security vulnerability.

I appreciate AI Solutions reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement specialty food item has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
