Poor customer service experience with Advanced Build & Sons Niigata

I want to report a serious concern with Advanced Build & Sons Niigata's service plan that I purchased on February 12, 2025 from your Alvahberg, Wyoming store. The product has received poor customer service despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Isobel S., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Advanced Build & Sons Niigata to take responsibility and upgrade my service at no additional cost.
