Complaint Details

I want to report a serious concern with Advanced Build & Sons Niigata's service plan that I purchased on February 12, 2025 from your Alvahberg, Wyoming store. The product has received poor customer service despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Isobel S., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Advanced Build & Sons Niigata to take responsibility and upgrade my service at no additional cost.

I appreciate Advanced Build & Sons Niigata reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement formal shoes has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
