Complaint Details

I purchased a desktop computer from Ultra Technologies on March 22, 2025 for $592.45. After only was denied a refund, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Christelle K. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, Ultra Technologies is refusing to replace or repair it. I hope Ultra Technologies will address this issue by train their staff to be more professional.

I appreciate Ultra Technologies reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement organic produce box has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
