Data loss incident with Ultra Technologies app development
Complaint Details
After subscribing to Ultra Technologies's IT services on February 24, 2025, I've experienced constant was transferred multiple times without resolution. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-0281-VUN-2919) and spent hours on calls with Mallie S. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I expect Ultra Technologies to take responsibility and fix the security vulnerability.
