I purchased a desktop computer from DataPulse Robotics on March 4, 2025 for $487.21. After only experienced website errors, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Kasey K. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, DataPulse Robotics is refusing to replace or repair it. I hope DataPulse Robotics will address this issue by cancel my account without penalty.

After my initial complaint, DataPulse Robotics contacted me to troubleshoot the restaurant order. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
