Subscription billing issues with DataPulse Robotics web hosting

I purchased a desktop computer from DataPulse Robotics on March 4, 2025 for $487.21. After only experienced website errors, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Kasey K. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, DataPulse Robotics is refusing to replace or repair it. I hope DataPulse Robotics will address this issue by cancel my account without penalty.
