I want to report a serious concern with Domain Partners's device that I purchased on January 6, 2025 from your Lake Orlandoville, Washington store. The product has discovered data privacy issues despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kaylah B., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that Domain Partners correct my personal information as soon as possible.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $316.66 refund only covers part of what I paid for the priority service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
