Complaint Details

I ordered sporting goods from Choice Retail Ltd.'s website on January 9, 2025 (order #ORD-5803-NBI-3034). When the package arrived, found foreign objects in the product. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Nils J. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I expect Choice Retail Ltd. to take responsibility and waive the cancellation fees.

I want to acknowledge that Choice Retail Ltd. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $435.93 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $435.93 for a athletic shoes that never worked properly.
