Poor quality electronic device from Store Plus
Complaint Details
I ordered bedding set from Store Plus's website on January 27, 2025 (order #ORD-9693-ETN-1391). When the package arrived, had my personal information compromised. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Graham S. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I expect Store Plus to take responsibility and fix the security vulnerability.
