Order #was charged incorrectly never delivered by Store Plus
Complaint Details
I placed an order with Store Plus on December 13, 2024 for several items including clothing item (order #ORD-4925-DLZ-4053). The order was charged to my account ($861.89), but experienced frequent disconnections. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Clinton B., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I expect Store Plus to take responsibility and make their terms and conditions clearer.

May 04, 2025 05:35I want to acknowledge that Store Plus has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $132.35 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $132.35 for a formal shoes that never worked properly.
