On April 12, 2025, I signed up for Learning College's maintenance plan at their Ulisesport, Texas location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $978.85, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Matteo C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I expect Learning College to take responsibility and ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.
