I want to report a serious concern with Thinkers of Excellence Enterprises's unit that I purchased on May 8, 2025 from your Mrazton, Minnesota store. The product has was sold expired products despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Zita R., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that Thinkers of Excellence Enterprises issue a formal apology as soon as possible.
