On May 15, 2025, I signed up for Luxury Properties's maintenance plan at their West Susanside, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $58.09, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Wayne M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Luxury Properties to improve their customer service training.

It's now been 14 days since my initial complaint, and Luxury Properties still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their consultation service.
