I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Taryn M., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect Luxury Properties to take responsibility and deliver the missing items.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Luxury Properties has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their maintenance contract.
