I purchased a unit from Luxury Properties on January 6, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Maximilian O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like Luxury Properties to offer compensation for the time wasted.

I want to acknowledge that Luxury Properties has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $110.85 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $110.85 for a kitchen knife set that never worked properly.
