Hidden fees discovered from Attorney Practice, Practice

I want to acknowledge that Attorney Practice, Practice has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $45.83 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $45.83 for a subscription box that never worked properly.
