I'm writing to complain about the support line I received from The Education Minds. After paying $982.4 for accessory, I found that it has a manufacturing defect. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Petra H., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I would like The Education Minds to provide a full refund.
