On March 26, 2025, I signed up for The Education Minds's installation service at their Chynaland, Montana location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $469.49, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Graham E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that The Education Minds stop their deceptive business practices as soon as possible.
