Delayed delivery from Rights Consultants of Professional
Complaint Details
On April 2, 2025, I signed up for Rights Consultants of Professional's delivery service at their West Jesston, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include warranty package, but after paying $672.08, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leonie B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Rights Consultants of Professional to make this right by honor the warranty.

May 22, 2025 05:22I've received an email from Peyton King at Rights Consultants of Professional offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The specialty food item was clearly defective from the start.
