I'm writing to complain about the membership program I received from The Academic University Inc.. After paying $206.45 for membership, I found that it was damaged upon delivery. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with April H., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect The Academic University Inc. to take responsibility and fix their misleading advertising.
