The product has had my personal information compromised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Estrella W., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect The Academic University Inc. to take responsibility and expedite the delivery of my order.

It's now been 8 days since my initial complaint, and The Academic University Inc. still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their loyalty program.
