Unsatisfactory resolution from Academic Lab of Academy Enterprises

I've received an email from Jennifer Young at Academic Lab of Academy Enterprises offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The jacket was clearly defective from the start.
