Account problems with Academic Lab of Academy Enterprises
Complaint Details
On April 1, 2025, I signed up for Academic Lab of Academy Enterprises's membership program at their Brycebury, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $749.71, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Coleman L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I expect Academic Lab of Academy Enterprises to take responsibility and fix their misleading advertising.

May 08, 2025 05:44Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $471.69 refund only covers part of what I paid for the subscription plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
