Poor customer service experience with Habitat & Investments

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2603-KJH-3713 placed with Habitat & Investments on April 24, 2025. I paid $821.54 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jade F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that Habitat & Investments cancel my account without penalty as soon as possible.

Apr 30, 2025 05:35I'm updating my complaint because Habitat & Investments finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the kitchen knife set, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
