Warranty claim denied by Habitat & Investments

I purchased a membership from Habitat & Investments on February 6, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Robbie H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am requesting that Habitat & Investments expedite the delivery of my order as soon as possible.

May 20, 2025 06:04Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $131.15 refund only covers part of what I paid for the consultation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
