Habitat & Investments refused to address couldn't access my account

I am writing regarding order #ORD-0014-SHN-5909 placed with Habitat & Investments on March 11, 2025. I paid $656.2 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered failed to receive confirmation. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Connie M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Habitat & Investments to make this right by remove the unauthorized charges.
