Complaint Details
I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from Legal & Services. After paying $451.05 for warranty package, I found that it doesn't work as advertised. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Abagail R., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am requesting that Legal & Services stop their deceptive business practices as soon as possible.
