Complaint Details

I purchased a subscription from Legal & Services on March 5, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced received the wrong item. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Toney K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking Legal & Services to make this right by ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.

It's now been 8 days since my initial complaint, and Legal & Services still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their design service.
