System crash after FusionApp LLC external hard drive update

After subscribing to FusionApp LLC's software subscription on April 1, 2025, I've experienced constant was billed multiple times. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-3263-IOY-3284) and spent hours on calls with Shanny S. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I am asking FusionApp LLC to make this right by honor the warranty.

May 17, 2025 05:14Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $158.39 refund only covers part of what I paid for the maintenance contract, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
