Software glitches with Robo Link monitor
Complaint Details
After subscribing to Robo Link's system integration on April 22, 2025, I've experienced constant was overcharged for basic service. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-6579-WJK-4533) and spent hours on calls with Dorothea T. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I am asking Robo Link to make this right by resolve the technical issues.
