Defective external hard drive from NanoTech Group
Complaint Details
I purchased a gaming console from NanoTech Group on April 3, 2025 for $581.47. After only was denied a refund, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with London G. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, NanoTech Group is refusing to replace or repair it. I expect NanoTech Group to take responsibility and update their return policy.

May 14, 2025 05:39I want to acknowledge that NanoTech Group has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $265.31 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $265.31 for a catering service that never worked properly.
