I'm writing to complain about the warranty service I received from Bright Training of Advancement. After paying $596.24 for subscription, I found that it had repeated billing errors. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Katheryn R., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope Bright Training of Advancement will address this issue by update their return policy.
